ch bin begeistert darüber, wie einfach es gehen soll. Bei Terry Harrison sieht alles so super einfach aus. Wenn man das Buch durch blättert, animiert es einen sofort zum Mit- und Nachmachen. Mal davon abgesehen, daß der malenden Autor sehr schöne Motive herausgesucht hat, ist auch jedes einzelne Werk Step-by-Step beschrieben, so daß das Nachen wirklich kein Problem ist.
Einfach nur ewmpfehlenswert! Zur Anregung, zum Nacharbeiten. In diesem Buch wird gezeigt, wie Stimmungen, Sonne, Schatten, Spiegelungen ausgedrückt werden können. Durch die Anregungen von Terry Harrison bekommt man Leben in die oft stumpf und flach wirkenden Bilder. Ich kann dieses Buch nur empfehlen. Auch wer der englischen Sprache nicht ganz mächtig ist, kann mit diesem Buch gut arbeiten.
The book is about learning how to use watercolour painting, and the author stays on topic. It's a good book for learning, and teaches good technique. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase.
I love Terry Harrison's work and this book is delightful! I hope to achieve some of the expertise he has and his books are just the ticket. That, and practice, practice, practice!
Terry's watercolor books are always instructive and helpful. No narration needed.
A wonderful addition to my watercolor library
I love this book. Terry gives good basic information and techniques in a simple way. I especially like the pages on the types of brushes and the marks you can paint with them. He demonstrates strokes for flowers and trees. I love the project pages. They are easy to follow and fun to paint. This is the second Terry Harrison's book I have purchased. I plan to buy more of his books in the near future.
